1 cup soft butter
½ cup icing sugar
¼ cup cornstarch
1½ cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients over the butter. Whip at low speed until blended , then on high speed until mixture is like whipped cream.

Drop by spoonful on parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake at 325º approx 20 minutes but watch carefully.
