Skinless chicken breasts sliced thin
Italian Breadcrumbs
1 egg per breast
Salt to taste
4 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken breast in beaten egg.
Dip in breadcrumbs
Place in frying pan under medium heat in with olive oil
Fry until golden brown
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese
