Fettuccine Alfredo


Ingredients:

1 to 2 tsp of Nutmeg to taste
1 tsp of garlic seasoning or fresh garlic
pinch of salt
ground pepper to taste
1 lb. fettuccine
1 c. heavy cream
2 Tbsp. stick of butter
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for sprinkling


Directions:
Directions:
In a med/hot pan lightly toast the seasonings until you can smell them. Then add all the heavy cream, butter and Parmesan cheese. Whisk briskly on medium heat until combined and thick about (10-15 minutes)

Boil water for your Fettuccine. Cook noodles al dente. The put the noodles in the pot with the sauce. Mix well and serve.

You can use any protein or other veggies (we like steamed broccoli).

Note- Extra sauce freezes well for up to a month.
