9 qts. water
4 lbs. Michigan pea beans
2 tsp. salt
24 peppercorn
3 medium onions, sliced
4 bay leaf
1 previously cooked ham bone

Directions:
Directions:
Sort and wash beans.
Soak overnight in the 9 qts. water.
In the morning, put beans and water into large pressure cooker.
Add the rest of ingredients.
Cook 15 lbs. for 30 minutes.
Cool pressure cooker for 5 minutes, running under sink cold faucet.
Add pre-cooked potatoes and carrots.
