1 Stick Margarine
1½ cup graham cracker crumbs
2 egg whites
2 cups powdered sugar
8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
3-4 bananas sliced
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped nuts (almonds)
9-oz jar cherries, drained and halved
non-dairy frozen whipped topping, thawed
Chocolate syrup

Directions:

Combine butter with crumbs and pat in bottom of 9x13" pan. Beat egg whites and sugar until blended. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Spread mixture over crust. Add layer of bananas on top of cream cheese mixture. Drain pineapple and spread evenly over bananas. Sprinkle ½ to ¾ cup of nuts over pineapple.
Spread whipped topping over all. Garnish with cherries and remaining nuts and drizzle chocolate over. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

After refrigerating for 4 hours the cheese cake portion was still soft. It worked much better after we placed it in the freezer for two hours.
