1/4 cup of butter
4 oz cream cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup milk
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
sprinkle of ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over medium-low heat. Add cream cheese and garlic powder and stir with a wire whisk. Add milk a little at a time, whisking to smooth out lumps. Stir in Parmesan cheese and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until sauce is desired consistency. Remove from heat. Sauce will thicken rapidly. Thin with a little milk if needed.
