2 Eggs
2 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
1 3/4 c. milk
2-3 T. Oleo (melted)

Directions:

Step 1.
Separate eggs
Beat egg whites till stiff and set aside

Step 2.
Mix egg yolks and milk. Mix in flour and baking powder, add melted oleo.

Step 3.
Fold in stiff egg whites into mixture.

Step 4.
Drop mixture into waffle maker.
Avoid adding to much waffle mixture on waffle make. It will grow. I suggest starting with a 1/2 cup of mixture.
