½ lb of Crisco
2 ½ cups of white sugar
2 eggs
1 lemon zest
1 tsp of cinnamon
10 tsp cocoa
6 espresso cups of esspresso
4 tsps baking powder
3 ½ cups of flour
icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and cocoa.
Cream sugar and Crisco together and add eggs, lemon zest, and espresso.
Stir dry ingredients into wet and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Roll into small balls and roll in icing sugar.

Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes.
