2 ½ cups of all purpose flour
¾ whole sugar
¾ light brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp of almond extract (optional)
½ tsp Himalayan sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 sticks of room temperature butter
2 eggs
1 cup of Macadamia Nuts chopped
1 cup of white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix sugars, eggs, and butter. Add in vanilla extract and stir in dry ingredients.
Stir in macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips. Spoon unto cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
