FILLING
4 or 5 apples, cut up and toss with
1⁄2 c sugar
2 T flour
1⁄2 t nutmeg
1⁄2 t cinnamon
1 T lemon juice

TOPPING
Crumble together
1⁄2 c sugar
1⁄2 flour
1 stick margarine or butter

Put apple filling into pie shell and add crumbled topping
Place pie in a heavy brown paper grocery bag without print. Fold opening closed and staple. Do not open
Bake for 1 hour at 425o F
