5 cups sifted flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp almond vanilla
4 tsp baking powder
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1/2 orange with rind
1/2 lemon with rind

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make a well with the dry ingredients. Add eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, orange, lemon into the center.

2. Gradually add the dry ingredients from the outer ring of the well into the middle with the wet ingredients to form the dough. Add jelly, nuts, cinnamon and sugar or whatever you would like into the dough.

3. After the dough is formed, roll out and cut with cookie cutters. Brush the top with egg, cinnamon and sugar.

4. Grease pan and bake at 350º for 25 minutes (until lightly brown)
