1 pound of powder sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ to 1 cup finely shredded sweet coconut
2 sticks melted margarine or butter
approx. 1 lb butterscotch coating for dipping
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first six ingredients in a large mixing; add melted margarine/butter and shape into balls. Melt butterscotch coating and dip the balls. Drop onto wax paper.
