1/3 c flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 1 oz squares unsweetened chocolate
2 c milk - scalded
3 slightly beaten egg yolks
2 Tbs butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, salt
Melt chocolate in hot milk
Gradually add dry ingredients
Cook over slow heat until thickened, stirring constantly
Add small amount of hot mixture to egg yolks and then stir into remaining hot mixture
Cook about 2 minutes more
Add butter and vanilla
Cool
