3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups milk
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 3 eggs and 1/2 cup sugar in a casserole dish. Add milk and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
Place casserole dish with custard mixture in a 13x9 inch pan of water. Bake at 350º approximately 45-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
