5 scallions, sliced finely
3 T. butter
1 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled
2 c. rice, cooked
2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 T. soy sauce
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large fry pan; saute scallions until golden, stirring often. Remove tails from shrimp and cut each one in 1/3's. Add shrimp to mixture and saute for 2 minutes. Add rice and saute for another minute. Add seasonings and stir. Add beaten egg and stir and saute for another minute.
