Bobolie, thin crust
Shredded mozzarella
Bruschetta

Directions:
Directions:
Cover the bobolie crust with mozzarella; bake at 350 F. until cheese is melted; cool. Cut into small pieces, (but leave together) and top with the bruschetta mixture. Separate and serve.

Bruschetta mixture is chopped tomatoes with minced garlic, minced basil leaves, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and can be homemade or purchased already made.
