6 (6 inch) unsplit pita bread
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
12 slices provolone cheese
6 slices mozzarella cheese
8 oz. roasted peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Spread each pita with cream cheese; then top with sliced provolone and mozzarella; then top with roasted peppers. Broil 4-5 minutes until cheese is light brown and bubbly.

This appetizer can be made ahead of time and reheated at 350 F. for 10 minutes.
