3/4 lbs butter
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
4 cups flour
1 pinch of salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar

Add beaten egg yolks, salt, vanilla and flour

Roll dough into balls, press thumb in center and fill with jam or jelly.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350º.

Bake 8 minutes (bottoms should be light brown, tops will be white)

(Make balls on the smaller side)
