Ingredients: Nannys Carrot Cake ( Waldorf )
Beat
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of oil
Beat in 1 at a time
3 eggs
Mix and Add
½ tsp salt
1 1/3 tsp baking soda
1 1/3 tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 ½ cups flour
½ cup chopped nuts
2 cups grated carrots
Topping Topping
3 oz philly cream cheese 4 oz cream cheese
3 oz butter ¼ cup butter
½ lb icing sugar 1 tsp vanilla or maple flavoring
vanilla or maple flavoring 2 cups of icing sugar
Bake at 300 F for 1 hour in a 8 x 11 pan
