"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
I can picture Gram choosing this recipe because it’s not only time efficient but requires the use of cheap, readily available ingredients. I have a vidid memory of her making this sauce for me and giving me a little ice cream sundae in a cup that was made to look like a Crayola crayon. Later, when I was in high school and I would make this recipe for myself almost weekly. I quickly learned that if I licked the spoon and ate directly from the bowl while making it, then no one else (Trevor) had any interest in sharing with me and I could eat the entire serving at my leisure. Perfectly frugal chocolate sauce recipe for anyone to make!
