2 cans crescent rolls
2 8-oz, packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Put a layer of crescent rolls on the bottom of a 9x13 glass casserole dish. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and the yolk only of the egg. Pour over the layer of crescent rolls. Put another layer of crescent rolls on top of the above mixture. Whip the egg white and pour over the top layer of crescent rolls. Bake at 350º for 20 to 30 minutes. As soon as you remove from oven sprinkle sugar on top and you can also sprinkle some pecan pieces on top if desired.
