1.5 c sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 3/4 c. flour

3 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients
Add remaining ingredients and mix well
Can put dough in freezer if too sticky
Shape into balls, roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture
Bake at 350 for 10 min
