1 cup butter/margarine - at room temperature (soft)

1/2 cup icing sugar

1/2 cup cornstarch

1 cup flour

Directions:

Mix ingredients together to form a soft dough.

Chill dough in the fridge for 1 - 2 hours.

Make small balls and flatten with a fork, or just drop by spoonfulls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 350' for 10 - 12 minutes until lightly browned.
