1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 Tbsp water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 lb pecans

Directions:
Mix all ingredients but pecans. Bring to a rolling boil. Make sure sugar has dissolved. Add pecans and stir continuously until all liquid has dissolved. Then lay on wax paper to cool
