1 box graham crackers
1 large cool whip
l large instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups milk

Icing:
1 cup sugar
1 stick margarine
1/4 cup cocoa (or to desired darkness)
1/4 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding mix and milk and let stand 5 minutes till thickens. Add cool whip and mix. Start layering pan by first adding the crackers in a single layer and then pour part of the pudding mix over crackers, add another layer of crackers, rest of mix and another layer of crackers. Let stand while preparing icing.

Icing: Bring all icing ingredients to a boil and boil just one minute. Remove from heat and beat with mixer until cool and thick. Spread over top of crackers and refrigerate.
