3 hot dogs or more, sliced
Sliced potatoes (takes from 2 to 5 pounds depending on size needed)
Salt and pepper
Onion powder
Grated carrots-desired amount
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons flour
2 Cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease casserole dish

Add butter and 1/2 to 1 hot dog to frying pan. Fry a little and melt butter. Add the flour. It is one tablespoon butter for 1 tablespoon flour to 1 cup milk. Stir until a little thick.

Add a layer of sliced potatoes followed by, onion salt/powder, salt and pepper, hot dog and carrots. Pour a little milk gravy layers. Add more layers adding gravy each time. Ending with gravy on top.

Bake 350 for about 45-60 minutes.
