2 pounds abalone
2 large onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbls chopped parsley
4 to 5 large potatoes, diced
2 cans mushrooms
2 tsp ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbls vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Pound abalone, dredge in flour and fry in oil. Cut into pieces and set aside. Add 3 to 4 cups of water to the drippings in pan and set aside. Slowly fry onions and garlic until slightly soft, but not brown. Add parsley, potatoes, mushrooms and water from drippings. Add cumin and salt and pepper and vinegar to taste. Cook slowly until potatoes are tender, then add the abalone and cook until heated through.
