1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk and butter in a 2 quart pan and add salt and pepper. Bring to full boil and add flour all at once, stirring over medium heat for about 2 minutes or until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball. Remove pan from heat and beat in (by hand) 4 eggs, one at a time until mixture is smooth and well blended. Beat in 1/2 cup of cheese. Using an ice cream scoop or large spoon, make 7 equal sized mounds of dough in a circle on a greased baking sheet. Each ball of dough should be just touching the next one. Sprinkle remaining cheese over all. Bake on center rack at 375º for 50 minutes or until slightly browned and crisp. Serve hot.
