Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 squares of unsweetened chocolate
¾-1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 tbsp margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
milk/nondairy creamer by the teaspoonful as needed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate with margarine in the top of a double boiler (frying pan over boiling water).

2. When melted, add confectioner's sugar a heaping spoon at a time.

3. When it gets too thick, add 1 tbsp of milk at a time to get correct consistency (not too runny).

4. Add in tsp of almond extract and vanilla. The alcohol melts out, so you'll have to add more milk and more confectioner's sugar (1 tbsp at a time) to get correct consistency (otherwise it will get grainy).

5. Once achieved, add rest of confectioner's sugar tbsp at a time.

6. Keep adding and mixing (constant stirring) as remainder of sugar is added. Add milk as needed.

7. When putting it on cake, keep it over hot pot of water to keep it warm (otherwise it gets hard too soon and you cannot smooth onto cake).
