Crust
1 c butter
2 c flour
1/2 c powdered sugar
Mix and press in 9 x 13 pan bake at 350 for 20 minutes


Filling
4 eggs beaten
1/2 t salt
1/3 c lemon juice
1 t baking powder
2 c sugar
2 t lemon peel
1/4 c flour
Directions:
Directions:
combine eggs, sugar, salt, lemon peel and juice. Mix baking powder and flour, add to egg mixture. Spread on hot baked layer
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

let cool and sprinkle with powder sugar
