6 eggs
a lump of butter, melted
1 tin pacific evaporated milk
flour to make a fairly stiff dough
Filling:
2 c. cottage cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 egg yolks

Follow instructions as in "Our Best Perogy" Recipe. *This is a perogy recipe we can use if we are out of rich cream. **You can also make fruit perogy using raw sugared fruit or pie filling. Boil and fry in butter.
