3 cups flour
8 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
6 cups rolled oats (old fashioned)
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups sunflower oil (any vegetable oil)
4 eggs
1/3 cup milk
6 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine rolled oats and sugar. Stir in shortening and eggs. Add flour mixture. Combine milk and vanilla. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
