4-5 Medium Sweet Potatoes
1/2 stick of Butter
4 Eggs
1 can Evaporated Milk
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cup of Sugar
2 Deep Dish Pie Crust
Dash Sea Salt
1 tbsp of flour
Dash Nutmeg (optional) not in original recipe

Preheat oven to 360. Boil 4-5 potatoes until tender. Blend potatoes and ingredients together. Beat with beater until smooth. Pour filling in the crust. Bake in oven 1 hour until Brown.

This recipe was given to my sister Carolyn, she often makes these pies for family functions after our Mother was unable to. My sister Thomassenia bake pies, she add more cinnamon but she doesn't use Mom's recipe, During Thanksgiving time she felt Carol's pies were more preferred.
I just started to make them, she and I both use a cup less sugar in the recipe. I use nutmeg she doesn't, and I cook it in a 325 oven.
