1 cup flour
1 stick butter or margarine
1 large container of Cool Whip
3 cups milk
8oz cream cheese, softened
2 small pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 cup powdered sugar
Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour & margarine.
Press into 9x13 pan
Bake at 375º for 15 minutes (until brown)
Combine cream cheese & sugar. Fold in half of Cool Whip.
Spread over cooled pastry.
Prepare pudding mix with 3 cups milk.
Spread over cream cheese mixture
Top with rest of Cool Whip
Sprinkle nuts over the top
