1 dozen eggs
1 Qt, whip cream
1 Qt. light cream ( 6%)
1 Qt. whole milk
3 C Capt. Morgan Spiced rum
1 lb. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Separate egg yolks and separate the whites

Beat yolks smooth and add powdered sugar until blended.
Slowly add cream. Then add the milk and vanilla.

Finally add rum and nutmeg to taste.
Let sit over nigh in refrig.

Next day: Beat egg whites until stiff with 3-4 Tbl. granulated sugar.
Fold over top and color with nutneg.
