1/2 c. butter, room temperature
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 t. extract of your choice (vanilla, almond, lemon, etc)
4 c. confectioner's sugar
2 T. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Beat room temperature butter, marshmallow creme and extract in a large mixing bowl on medium speed until smooth. Add in the milk. Gradually add the confectioners sugar and beat well until spreading consistency. Add more milk, 1 T at a time, if necessary.
Spoon into a plastic sandwich baggie and cut off corner for a makeshift piping bag or spread onto cupcake with a butter knife.
