6-8 large potatoes, shredded (or 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes)
2-1/2 pints whipping cream
seasoned salt
1/2 c. butter, divided

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased casserole dish, layer 1/3 of the potatoes, sprinkle with seasoned salt and dot with tabs of butter. Repeat the layers 2 more times. Pour whipping cream over the potatoes. Bake in the over 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
