Several Sweet Potatoes
2 eggs
Shallots
Green pepper
Celery
Jar of pimentos
Chopped dill pickle

Cut up green onions "shallots", green pepper (small amount) , celery and a jar of pimentos & chopped pickles. Mash the potatoes and eggs after they have boiled together till done and been peeled. Mix in the rest of ingredients, put salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar and salad dressing to taste the way you like it.
