1 package small lemon jello
2 cups hot pineapple juice
20 large marshmallows

1 cup PLUS 2 Tablespoons Miracle Whip Salad Dressing (Do not use Mayo)
1large brick of cream cheese
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
3/4 cup evaporated milk - whipped

1 large package cherry Jello

1. Combine the small package lemon jello, 2 cups hot pineapple juice and 20 large marshmallows in saucepan until dissolved.
Let cool for about 15 minutes.
2. Add the Miracle Whip, pineapple tidbits and whipped evaporated milk* into mixture.
3. Break cream cheese off into small pieces and lay on the bottom of a glass 9 x 13 pan.
4. Pour the lemon mixture over the cream cheese crumbles. Let set in refrigerator overnight.
5. Prepare the cherry Jello with 1 cup hot water and then 1 cup cold water, mix well.
6. Slowly pour over the lemon mixture and return to the refrigerator. Let set at least 6-8 hours for best results.

*Measure the evaporated milk and then put in deep bowl. Mix until fluffy with a hand mixer.
