Meatballs:
1˝ - 2 lbs Ground Beef
1˝ - 2 lbs Ground Pork
1˝ - 2 lbs Ground Turkey
1˝ - 2 lbs Ground Veal
1 cup flavored bread crumbs
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
Oil

Sauce:
2 jars of tomato sauce with meat
3 large Vidalia (sweet) onions, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions until brown and sweet, then add tomato sauce.

Mix meat, breadcrumbs, onion and garlic powders; use an ice cream scoop to make meatballs. They will be about 2 ounces each. Brown meatballs in a frying pan with a little oil. Put onions and meat sauce to cover the bottom of a large stock pot. Place the browned meatballs on the sauce and onions; cover with the remainder of the sauce. Cover the pot and cook for 30-45 minutes on low heat, stirring gently and often. Be careful not to break the meatballs.

You can adjust the relative amounts of the meats to suit your taste.
