14 Tbsp Butter, softened
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Milk
2 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Salt
2 1/4 cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl cream together the butter and powdered sugar on high until it is light and fluffy. Depending on your mixer this will take 3-5 minutes.

Stir in the egg, milk, and vanilla until well combined.

Add the salt and flour and ,mix well until a soft dough forms. The cookie dough shouldn't be wet or crumbly. If it's too wet add a little more flour and if it's crumbling and not sticking together add a little more milk.

Put the dough into your spritz cookie press and press your cookie out onto the baking sheet.

Bake at 350ºF for 8-10 minutes until the edges have turned a light golden brown.

Brittany and I used to make these when she was little. Now Isabella and I are making them when she comes over during the Christmas season. The first year we made these was Christmas 2019. We had a lot of fun.
