1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
3/4 c. Cold Water
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar or Honey
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

1-2 lb. Country Style Pork Ribs
1 c. Chicken Stock or Broth
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 c to 1 c. Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, mix marinade ingredients, stirring to combine. Place ribs and marinade in gallon size freezer bag and set in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. CAUTION: Vinegar helps tenderize meat, so do not marinate too long, else ribs can come out mushy.

Drain ribs, place on the trivet in Instant Pot, and pour chicken stock. in pot. close lid, then turn venting knob to Sealing position. Set to Pressure Cook for 15-minutes + allow 10-minutes for natural release. Open carefully.

Remove ribs to oven tray lined with parchment paper and slather liberally with BBQ sauce. Insert into Oven/Toaster Oven set on Broil function for sew minutes or until BBQ sauce has caramelized.
