2 C Sugar
1/2 cube butter
2 Eggs
1 C sour Cream
1 T vinegar
2 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 C flour
6 heaping tsp cocoa
1/3 tsp salt
1 C boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, butter, and eggs well, then add sour cream, vinegar, baking soda, flour, cocoa and salt, and mix, then add 1 cup boiling water and mix well. Bake in a well greased and floured cake pan at 350° for 30-35 min. Test it by putting in a toothpick. If the toothpick is dry than the cake is done.
