1 cup sugar
6 eggs
1 cup shortening, melted and cooled
4 cups flour
6 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbs. lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and eggs well. Stir in shortening. Slowly add flour and baking powder and mix well. Add lemon extract or a flavoring of your choice. Spoon tablespoon of mixture onto a baking tray and bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Do not over bake!
