⅔ c. plus 2 T. sugar, divided
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1/4 t. lemon extract
1 c. plus 3 T. all-purpose flour, divided
1/2 T. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t.cinnamon, divided
1/2 c. milk
1 c. blueberries
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1 T. cold butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream 2/3 c. sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Blend in egg and extract. In a separte bowl, combine one cup flour, baking powder, salt and 1/4 t. cinnamon. Add alternately with milk and creamed mixture. Toss blueberries with 1 T. flour, fold in batter with cream cheese and pour into greased and floured round pan. To prepare topping, combine remaining sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Makes 6 servings.
