2 c. white sugar
½ c. butter
½ c. milk
⅔ c. peanut butter
⅓ c. unsweetened cocoa powder
3 c. quick cooking oats
½ c. chopped peanuts, optional
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Place a piece of wax paper, foil, or parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa in medium saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a rolling boil.
Remove from heat, cool one minute.
Add peanut butter, stir well.
Add oats, peanuts, and vanilla, stir to mix well.
Quickly drop mixture by heaping teaspoons onto lined cookie sheet.
Cool completely.
Store in a cool dry place.
