2 2/3 Cup Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Butter (softened)
2/3 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter (room temperature)
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar (Firmly Packed)
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
5 Dozen Foil Wrapped Chocolate Kisses

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375
Combine sifted flour, baking soda and salt (set aside)
In a large bowl, with electric mixer, at medium speed, beat butter and peanut butter
Add brown sugar and sugar, beat until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Stir in flour mixture and mix until well combined.
Shape into 5 dozen balls with a level tablespoon full for each.
Roll in granulated sugar.
Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 8 minutes, remove from oven (Papa George says 8 1/2 minutes).
Press a chocolate kiss on each cookie
