1 – package chocolate cake mix (with no pudding in it)
1 cup – flour
1 - 3 oz. package vanilla INSTANT pudding
2 teaspoons – baking powder
2 – eggs
⅓ cup – oil
1+ cups – milk
2 tablespoons – cocoa
1 teaspoon – vanilla

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Beat all above ingredients together, adding more milk as required. The batter will be thick!
3. Spread batter in two greased round layer cake pans.
4. Bake at 350º F for 30 minutes or until done.
5. Cool cake and remove from pans. Split each cake horizontally into two pieces (will have four rounds of cake).
Filling for cake
3 cups – whipping cream
¼ cup – icing sugar
1 teaspoon – vanilla
6. Whip together to form peaks.
7. Spread between the layers and over the top of cake.
8. Put in fridge until ready to serve.
