Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups water
4 cups sugar
40 mint leaves
2 (12 oz) cans frozen limeade
2 bottles (750 ml) Bacardi Light Rum
2 liter club soda

Directions:
Directions:
For the simple syrup: Bring the sugar and water to a boil, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and add the mint. Stir occasionally and allow to cool completely. Strain and keep in fridge until you are ready to use.

For the drinks: Combine all ingredients with the mint simple syrup in a large container and stir. Have fresh lime wedges and extra mint leaves for guests. I served with the (Sonic) ice on the side b/c adding ice to the container will water down the drinks. Mojitos usually are served with crushed ice -- that's why I use Sonic ice.
