3 eggs
3 medium ripe bananas peeled and mashed

Beat eggs and mix with bananas

2/3 Cup sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil or melted shortening

1/2 cup chopped nuts

Add sugar, and salad oil to egg mixture and beat.

1 3/4 cup sifted flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, soda, and salt together in banana mixture. Add nuts and stir just until dry ingredients are blended. Pour into greased 9 1/2 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4 inch loaf pan.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool before cutting.
